The Field of the Meridians consists of five north-south alignments in the foothills of the Pyrenees, marked by local peaks, churches and châteaux.
From east to west, these are the meridians of La Pique, Lavaldieu, Bézu, Rennes-les-Bains and Pech Cardou.
This Google Earth Studio flyover from south to north follows the Bézu meridian, an alignment through three churches, three peaks and the chapel at Château Bézu.
It also shows the 45° alignment and the four other meridians which occur close by.
